What is included in the tour

  1. Travel from Pune to Pune by private bus
  2. 4 veg meals homecooked(2 lunch and 1 dinner and one breakfast)
  3. Tent stay on triple sharing basis in Bari village with Hilton mats(in case it rains we will shift in local villagers house for stay)

  5. Fireflies spotting tour at night
  6. Morning trek to Kalsubai peak

Itinerary
  • Pune

Day 1:

  1. ​​9.00am:Pickup from BMCC college FC road
  2. 9.30 am: Pickup from Shivajinagar bus stand wakdewadi
  3. 9.45 am:Pickup from Nasik phata(Kasarwadi police station)
  4. 3.00 pm: Reach Bari village and have late lunch 
  5. 5.00 pm: Head to the camping location and get your tents allotted 
  6. 8.00 pm: Have dinner and some group time
  7. 9.30 pm: We leave for a fireflies spotting session in the jungle 
  8. 10.15 pm:Have some fun games and enjoy with the group and go to sleep

Day 2:

  1. 5.00am:Wakeup call and have your breakfast
  2. 6.00am:Start your trek to highest peak of Maharashtra
  3. 8.00am:Reach the top and enjoy the magical views
  4. 12.00pm:Descend down to base village
  5. 3.00pm:Have lunch and depart to Pune
  6. 10.00pm:Arrival in Pune

  3. 12:54 PM: Ghatkopar
  4. 01:12 PM: Thane
  5. 01:37 PM: Kalyan
  6. 02:47 PM: Meet our Team at Kasara Station And move towards the base village in Jeep.
  7. 5.00 pm: Reach Bari village 
  8. 6.00 pm: Head to the camping location and get your tents allotted 
  9. 8.00 pm: Have dinner and some group time
  10. 9.30 pm: We leave for a fireflies spotting session in the jungle 
  11. 10.15 pm:Have some fun games and enjoy with the group and go to sleep

Important:Fireflies spotting is a natural phenomenon as per past records the ideal time to spot fireflies is from mid May to end June incase of no fireflies visibility no refund will be provided.

Rules And Regulations
  • Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited.
  • If found participant will be terminated on spot.
  • Throwing garbage on trails is strictly not allowed.
  • Participants should carry their own waste with them
  • Playing loud music in the mountains is prohibited.
  • Writing anything or any activity leading to disobedience of historical places is prohibited.
  • Tents will be allotted as per male and female ratio by team captains, no requests will be entertained.
  • Pick up and drop will be at the same location ( however you are free to get down on the route while return journey.)
  • Team captains' decisions on any particular situation will be final for the mutual benefit of participants.
  • If the behavior of any trekker is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, our member of staff or other team members, reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time and they will have to make their own arrangements; we will not be liable for any expenses incurred as a result. We will not entertain any claims arising due to such action.
  • In case of any injuries/illness on a mountain/river/waterfall during a trip/activity, Trek Panda as a company or our local staff will not be responsible. We provide adequate human staff support in these areas to ensure the basic safety of the trekker. The trekker/customer has to bear all the expenses which may arise in case of medical exigency or emergency condition.
  • As it is likely that in these sorts of trips weather must be taken into account, if conditions are such that we have to change arrangements we will not be able to provide any sort of refund. If there are any other circumstances including but not limited to riot, political unrest, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, and we have to cancel a trip as a result of these circumstances, we will not be able to provide any sort of refund.
