Itinerary
- Day 1
Departure from Pune
- 7.00pm:Pickup from BMCC College FC road
- 7.30 pm: Pickup from New Shivajinagar bus stop Wakdewadi
- 8.00pm:Pickup from Nasik Phata
- 11.00pm: Reach Bhorgiri the base village of the Bhimashankar trek enjoy night snacks on the bus
- 11.30 pm:Trek to the forest hill around 20 mins hike and set up your tents there
- Later the locals will take you on fireflies walk at night
- Enjoy some gala time with your friends in the raw nature and go to sleep
Note: Firefly sightings usually begin after 15th May and depend on natural conditions; in case they are not visible during your trip, we will arrange a suitable alternate experience for you.
- Day 2
Day 2:Bhimashankar Trek | Arrival in Pune
- Early morning wakeup and post breakfast start your trek to Bhimashankar temple
- It is around 6kms of trekking to the temple on the way you witness Gupt Bhimashankar
- Later reach Bhimashankar by noon and have lunch
- Depart for Pune
- Reach Pune by 11.00pm
- Note: If it is sunny out there we will directly head to Bhimashankar temple via vehicle
