- Day 1 30th Oct 2026
Day 1 – Journey Begins
- 09:00 PM: Pickup From: BMCC College Gate No. 2.
- 09:30 PM: Pickup From: Chaibucks Hinjewadi
- 12:00 AM – 01:00 AM: Arrive at the Prabalmachi parking area, subject to traffic and vehicle access.
- 01:00 AM: Walk the trail to the Prabalmachi campsite.
- 01:30 AM: Settle in at the campsite and rest for the night.
- Day 2 31st Oct 2026
Day 2 - Trek Day
- 06:00 AM: Wake up, freshen up, and get ready for an adventurous day in the Sahyadris.
- 07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast at the Prabalmachi campsite and prepare for the trek.
- 08:00 AM: Begin the trek towards Kalavantin Durg, exploring scenic trails, rocky terrain, and breathtaking mountain views.
- 12:00 PM: Complete the trek and return to the Prabalmachi campsite, depending on weather conditions and group pace.
- 12:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch at the campsite and relax after the trek.
- 02:30 PM: Pack your belongings and begin the descent towards Thakurwadi.
- 03:30 PM: Reach Thakurwadi, freshen up if facilities are available, and assemble at the vehicle.
- 05:30 PM: Board the bus and begin the return journey to Pune, carrying unforgettable trek memories.
- 08:30–09:30 PM: Expected arrival in Pune, subject to traffic and road conditions.
