  Leh Arrival | Acclimatization

  • Arrive in Leh, Pick up would be around 12.00 PM transfer to the hotel, and check-in. Rest to acclimatize.
  • In the evening, explore Leh market (on your own).
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

• Day 2

  Leh Sightseeing

  • Post breakfast, visit the Hall of Fame Museum, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic Hills, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and Indus Confluence.
  • Explore local markets and cafes.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

• Day 3

  Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

  • Have breakfast and check out.
  • Drive through Khardung La (world's highest motorable road) to Nubra Valley.
  • Visit the sand dunes and enjoy a camel safari (self-paid).
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

• Day 4

  Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok

  After a hearty breakfast, we’ll check out from our Nubra Valley campsite and set out on a scenic drive to Pangong Lake, one of the most iconic and picturesque destinations in Ladakh.

  En route, we’ll visit the Diskit Monastery, home to the famous 100-foot statue of Maitreya Buddha. Perched atop a hill, the monastery offers panoramic views of the Nubra Valley and provides a peaceful spiritual experience.

  From Diskit, our journey continues towards the enchanting Pangong Tso, a high-altitude lake known for its ever-changing shades of blue. Featured in Bollywood classics like 3 Idiots and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Pangong has become a must-visit destination for travelers seeking natural beauty and serenity.

  Upon arrival, we’ll check in to our lakeside cottages and explore the tranquil surroundings. Take time to relax, soak in the surreal landscapes, and capture breathtaking photos.

  As night falls, enjoy a cozy dinner with fellow travelers. If the skies are clear, you’ll be treated to an unforgettable stargazing experience under the unpolluted Himalayan night sky.

• Day 5

  Pangong Tso to Hanle (180 kms) Via Changthang Valley

  • The road we will be taking today snakes through Changthang Valley, an undiscovered region of Ladakh that is beautiful beyond words. It is also famous for being home to elusive wildlife like Himalayan Red Fox, Kiangs and rarely snow-leopards. 
  • En-route we will be crossing tiny settlements like Chushul, Tsaga Village and Loma that offer picturesque views ideal for a rest stop. 
  • Today is all about the journey to Hanle, one of Ladakh’s highest villages that falls on the Old Silk Route that connected India to China. It is also home to India’s first and Biggest Astronomical Observatory boasting the biggest telescope. 
  • Upon reaching, we will check-in into our Cottages/ Homestays and take enough rest for the rest of the journey.

• Day 6

  Hanle and Umling La Excursion Day

  • After a night spent stargazing, we will re-fuel our energy and set out to conquer the mighty Uming La- World’s Highest Motorable Pass perched at an elevation of 19, 024ft. 
  • Today is the day we forget all our fears and gear up for a ride of a lifetime. As you climb higher the barrenness and twisting turns will literally have adrenaline pumping through your veins. 
  • While you are at the top, you will find yourself surrendering to the out of the world views laid in front of you, truly a moment that will capture your heart. 
  • After the thrilling and memorable ride, we will head back to Hanle and spend the night capturing the night sky. The clear views of the milky way, shooting stars and more is a sight that is sure to leave an indelible mark on your soul.

• Day 7

  Hanle to Tso-Moriri (140 Kms)

  • Good morning with a view! After a nutritious breakfast, we'll head towards Tso Moriri, a sacred site for Ladakhi people and one of the highest lakes in India with an altitude of 14,836 ft. 
  • En-route, you may even get a glimpse of rare birds like the black-necked crane and bar-headed geese.
  • After spending a blissful afternoon by the lake, exploring its beauty and simply absorbing the peace, we’ll head to our cottages near the lake.
  • At night, you can catch glimpses of the night sky and indulge in group bonding sessions.
  • Dinner and an overnight stay at Tso Moriri

• Day 8

  Tso- Moriri to Leh (220 Kms) Via Shey Palace

  • After early morning breakfast, we will start our return journey to Leh.
  • En route, we will visit the Shey Palace which is popular for its 12-meter-tall gold-gilded statue of Buddha. We will also pay our respects at Thiksey Monastery, which is the largest Monastery in Central Ladakh.
  • Upon our arrival, we’ll check into our designated stay. The rest of the day is at leisure. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Leh.

• Day 9

  Departure from Leh

  • We can guarantee that you will wake up feeling truly fulfilled with a lingering sense of peace and calmness within. Greet yourself a hearty breakfast and take a few minutes to simply reminisce about the last few days. 
  • With loads of memories etched in your heart, bid a bitter-sweet goodbye to your friends as you head back home from the Leh Airport. 

   

  Note: The drop off time is at 9 AM. Please note that the schedule for pickup is fixed and hence we advise you to manage your travel plans accordingly.
