• Day 1

  Departure from Pune

  • Train Name: Sampark Kranti / Duronto Express / Rajdhani Express
  • Board your train from Pune Railway Station at the respective time.

  Train tickets will be confirmed or RAC (half-window seat) as per seat availability at the time of booking. Train timings are subject to change as per IRCTC updates. Please check the schedule before departure.

  • Sampark Kranti Express – 09:00 AM
  • Duronto Express – 11:10 AM
  • Rajdhani Express – 04:00 PM

  For last-minute bookings, seats are not guaranteed, and adjustments may be required. People who have booked the Rajdhani option from Pune will be provided with a 2S Pune connecting train.
• Day 2

  Delhi to Shimla | Group Meeting and Overnight Travel to Shimla

  • The group convenes at the pickup location between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
  • Meet our team captains and receive a quick briefing about the Spiti Valley itinerary.
  • Following the briefing, embark on an overnight journey to Shimla, the gateway to your Spiti Valley road trip.
  • Pick-up Location: ISBT Kashmere Gate / Majnu Ka Tila

• Day 3

  Arrival in Shimla | Drive to Sangla

  • Arrive in Shimla in the early morning.
  • Transition to a Tempo Traveller for the onward journey to Sangla.
  • Enjoy the changing Himalayan landscapes as you travel deeper into the mountains.
  • Reach Sangla by evening.
  • The day ends with group bonding activities followed by dinner.
  • Overnight stay in Sangla.

• Day 4

  Chitkul & Sangla Stay

  • Start the day with breakfast.
  • Head towards Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border.
  • Explore Chitkul at your own pace and soak in its scenic mountain surroundings.
  • Take some time to explore the local food at India's Last Dhaba.
  • Return towards Sangla and explore the Sangla Market in the evening.
  • Return to your stay for dinner and an overnight stay in Sangla.

• Day 5

  Sangla to Nako | Exploring Kalpa, Suicide Point & Khab Sangam

  • After breakfast, continue the journey towards Nako.
  • En route, visit Kalpa Monastery, Suicide Point, and Khab Sangam, the confluence of the Sutlej and Spiti Rivers.
  • Continue towards Nako and explore the peaceful surroundings of this high-altitude village.
  • Visit Nako Lake and Nako Monastery.
  • Check in to your stay, enjoy dinner, and settle in for the night.

• Day 6

  Nako to Kaza | Into the Heart of Spiti Valley

  • Begin the day with breakfast and embark on the journey towards Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley.
  • Stop en route at the historic Tabo Monastery and Gue Monastery.
  • You may also have the option to visit Dhankar Monastery, depending on the day's schedule and road conditions.
  • Continue through the dramatic landscapes of Spiti Valley and reach Kaza before dark.
  • Explore the town, enjoy dinner, and settle in for an overnight stay in Kaza.

• Day 7

  Spiti Valley Sightseeing | Komic, Hikkim & Langza

  • After breakfast, begin your Spiti Valley sightseeing.
  • Visit the iconic Key Monastery and continue towards the impressive Chicham Bridge.
  • Later, travel to Hikkim, home to one of the world's highest post offices.
  • Continue to Komic Village, one of the world's highest motorable road-connected villages.
  • Explore Langza, known for its magnificent Buddha statue, fossil-rich surroundings, and spectacular Himalayan views.
  • Return to Kaza in the evening.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend the night in Kaza.

  Kaza to Manali | Chandratal Lake & Into the Mountains

  • Start the day with breakfast and begin the journey from Kaza to Manali.
  • En route, stop at Chandratal Lake, surrounded by spectacular Himalayan landscapes.
  • Spend some time exploring the lake, enjoying the views, and capturing photographs.
  • Continue the scenic journey towards Manali through the changing landscapes of the Himalayas.
  • Reach Manali, check in to the stay, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight.

  Manali Sightseeing | Buffer Day & Overnight Journey to Delhi

  • Start the day with breakfast and check out from hotel and keep your luggage at the reception and explore Manali
  • Enjoy a buffer day in Manali, giving you time to explore the town at a relaxed pace.
  • Depending on your preference and available time, explore popular places such as Mall Road, Old Manali, Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, or the riverside surroundings.
  • Take some time to enjoy Manali's cafés, local markets, mountain views, and laid-back atmosphere.
  • Use the buffer time to relax, explore, shop for souvenirs, or simply unwind after the long Himalayan road journey.
  • In the evening, gather with the group and board the overnight bus to Delhi.

  Arrival in Delhi

  • Arrive in Delhi early in the morning, marking the end of your Spiti Valley Road Trip.
  • You have the option to return to Pune by train or flight, depending on your preference and availability.

  • Depending on your allotted train timings, begin your return journey to Pune.
